Selection And Final Merit List :
- Out of the candidates found successful in the physical efficiency test, the Board will prepare a selection list of candidates of each category according to the marks obtained by each candidate in the written examination keeping in view the reservation policy and send it to the Head of the Department for further action. And it will also be displayed on the website of the Board as per the prescribed procedure.
- No waiting list will be prepared by the Board.
- If marks of two or more candidates are equal, preference will be given to the candidate who possesses preferential qualification, if any. A candidate having more than one preferential qualification will get the benefit of only one preferential qualification.
- Even after this, if two or more candidates have equal marks, then preference will be given to the candidate who is older.
- If even after the above considerations, the marks of two or more candidates are equal, then the preference of the candidates will be determined according to the order of their names mentioned in the high school certificate.
